Welcome to my relational therapy practice in central Bristol. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I’d be warmly interested to hear from you.

Helping you become the whole person that you are

  • I combine expressive responsiveness with a sensitive attunement to your feelings and experiences.
  • I’m naturally interested in people, and will be keen to hear what you bring.
  • Using my emotional understanding and attention to the body, I will work with you towards greater self-awareness and new emotional experiences within the therapeutic relationship.
  • Through this process, change can happen not only at the level of insight, but also at a deeper, felt level.

Practical Matters

Cost

As a student in training I charge £25 per session, payable by bank transfer in advance.

Location

I practice from Vessel Spaces, 49 Park Street, Bristol BS1 5NT. There are bike racks close to
the entrance, metered on-street parking, and nearby car parks including Trenchard Street and
College Street.

Session times

Sessions last 50 minutes, held weekly at the same time and place.

Our first session is a chance for us both to meet and decide whether we feel suited to working together. If we continue, the number of sessions will depend on what you bring, and we can review this together as we go.
